Renovations

　　At a company function some time ago, co-owner Mike Pearson summed up our service philosophy when he stated " we believe that our obligation INCREASES with the completion of the pool installation or a spa delivery. Our service operation and the newest industry technology can be complicated; our accountability is not. We are either doing the right thing or we are not, there is no grey area. We will always do the right thing for our customers. If mistakes are made we will make them right. No exceptions."
